Refund and Return Policy

At Budget Gas, we strive to provide exceptional service and quality products to all our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Refund Eligibility:

• Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective gas cylinder or product, please contact us immediately upon receipt to arrange for a refund or replacement.
• Incorrect Orders: In the rare event that you receive an incorrect order, please notify us promptly, and we will rectify the error at no additional cost to you.
• Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been processed for delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been dispatched for delivery cannot be canceled.

Refund Procedure:

• Contact Us: To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer service team via phone or email within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Return Authorization: Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number if applicable.
• Return the Product: Once you have received an RA number, securely package the product(s) in their original packaging and ship them back to us at your expense, unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
• Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to verify eligibility for a refund.
• Refund Issuance: If the return is approved, we will issue a credit note for the refunded amount and email it to you within 3-5 business days.
• EFT Transfer: Subsequently, we will process the refund via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

Conditions:

• Refunds are issued based on the original form of payment.
• The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all accompanying accessories.
• We reserve the right to refuse refunds on items that are not returned in accordance with our policy or are deemed to be damaged due to misuse or neglect.
